HIGH-VOLTAGE CYBERPUNK POKER IN AN ORBITAL PENITENTIARY
You are an inmate locked in Aethelgard-9, a maximum-security prison station run by OmniSec. Money doesn't exist here: the only currency is Bandwidth Credits (Cr), and every midnight your survival quota is due.
In this Public Demo (Sector 1), you will:
- Build illegal poker hands across 3 intense days of sentence.
- Manipulate Dynamic Voltage: Charge held cards up to 300V for game-breaking multipliers, but risk catastrophic short circuits.
- Outplay Ruthless Inmates: Face unique archetypes and survive Sector 1's Chief of Security, **Commander E. Vance**.
- Contend in The Pit of Five: A high-stakes 5-player underground showdown for a massive 300 Cr pot.
- Dodge the Sentinel Drone: Time your illegal hacks while the drone scans blind spots.

HOW TO PLAY:
1. Run Facedown.exe directly (no installation required).
2. Use your mouse (Left Click) to interact with the prison cell, the terminal, the locker, and the poker table.
3. ESC key: Pause / Options / Language & Audio Settings.
4. F11 key: Toggle Fullscreen / Windowed mode.
DEMO OBJECTIVE:
- Survive 3 days of your penitentiary sentence in Sector 1 of Aethelgard-9.
- Pay your daily quota to OmniSec using your Bandwidth Credits (Cr).
- Face and defeat fellow inmates and Commander E. Vance on Day 3.
- Watch out for Overvoltage: do not exceed 300V when charging your cards!
LANGUAGE SETTINGS:
- Default language is English.
- You can switch to Spanish (Español) anytime in the Pause/Settings menu (ESC key -> Settings -> Language).
